Tibetan Eye Chart
The Tibetan Eye Chart has been used for Centuries by Tibetan monks. It is one of the oldest methods known that improves eyesight.
Easy to use.
Get your nose level with the centre circle. Touch your nose on the centre circle. Move only your eyes and look up at the top circle, rotate your eyes clockwise, looking at each circle until you reach the top again.
Repeat anti-clockwise.
Do not strain.
Do the exercises` for 5 minutes a day to strengthen the eyes.
